Group Certification Form

Certifying a Group at Clover Park Technical College is as easy as:
1. Entering your group and group leader information in this certification form
2. A group leader attending a 1 hour Group Orientation Training
3. Submitting your certification form to the Department of Student Life to make it all official! The Student Government will review your submitted materials and make a decision at their next regularly scheduled meeting. You will receive an email confirmation upon approval.
