The Associated Student Government (ASG) welcomes travel and conference registration funding proposals during the annual S&A budget process that support activities and programs that foster a vibrant campus community at Clover Park Technical College. Please fill out a seperate addendum form for each travel and conference registration request. Travel Reimders * Depending on the objective of the budget request, funds for travel may be requested. * Travel requests should be oriented towards the development of the student experience as it relates to their engagement through training, or representing the College at a conference. * The budget committee will only allocate monies during this budgeting process to travel requestss that happen between July 1 - October 31, 2021. Travel that happens between November 1 - June 30, 2022 will be heard by a standing budget committee beginning fall quarter 2021. * Trips that are overnight, estimate between $54-55 per full-day/per person for meals. *For air/ground transportation, please contact Jessica Wallack at jessica.wallack@cptc.edu or 253-589-5734 to advise you better.
